What Happens If a Customer Cancels?

Sometimes bookings are cancelled by customers.

If a cancellation happens last minute, Heroes may still be eligible for partial payment, depending on the situation.

Each case is reviewed individually according to Helpi’s cancellation policy.

After every completed job, customers can rate their Helpi Hero.
